Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

We offer free U.S. standard shipping on orders of $50 or more. We provide discreet packaging (and billing as "Shopping Center" or "BD Shipping") on all purchases. Our default method of shipping orders are via FedEx or United States Postal Service unless a different method of shipping is requested for additional cost at the time of purchase. Orders must be submitted to us no later than 10:00am California time (PST)for same business day shippingOtherwise it will be processed the following business day. A tracking number will be provided with each order once fulfilled. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. If an order is placed on a Friday after the 10:00am PST, the order will ship out the following business day. If for some reason there's an issue with your order, please contact us at support@beyonddelights.com and we'll respond back within 24-48hrs.

Returns

Shop with confidence - Get a full refund in store credit within 90 days. If you're unhappy with your order, you have 90 days to return it for a refund in the form of store credit. Contact support@beyonddelights.com to initiate a return.

Please note that only one item per order is eligible for the 90-Day Money Back Store Credit, and the number of refunds is at Beyond Delights' discretion. Exchanges are not available.

All products with mechanical parts come with a 2-year warranty. If any problems occur, we'll replace the product for up to 2 years after purchase once we've exhausted all troubleshooting.

If the item is damaged or defective we can process the return via a new order which will be processed for you on our end and there will be no shipping cost. Please contact Beyond Delights to process your replacement order at support@beyonddelights.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@beyonddelights.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@beyonddelights.com.

Shipping for exchanges

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
